1 (3 oz.) pkg. chocolate cooked style pudding
1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped walnuts

Cook pudding as directed on the package, let cool, stirring twice. Stir into the cooked pudding the dry cake mix directly from the box, blending well. Spread into a greased 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Sprinkle the chocolate chips and walnuts evenly over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes or until done.
