HOME STYLE POTATO SALAD 
1/4 c. French's French dressing
Med. potatoes, cooked in skins, peeled & cubed
1 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. diced sweet gerkins pickles
4 hard cooked eggs, 5 diced
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. pickle juice

Vinegar may be increased to taste and moistness desired.

Cook potatoes until done; peel, cube and refrigerate 2 hours. Mix together mayonnaise, French dressing, vinegar, pickle juice, pepper and salt; set aside.

Mix together potatoes, celery, eggs, onion and diced pickle. Pour dressing over potato mixture and blend well. Place in serving bowl; sprinkle with paprika and refrigerate. Serves 8.
