HAM AND CHEESE CASSEROLE 
4 eggs, separated
1 c. ground cooked ham
1 c. cubed American cheese
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. onion juice
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 c. macaroni
1 c. milk
1/2 c. grated cheese

Mix the egg yolks with ham, cubed cheese and seasonings in a bowl. Cook the macaroni according to package directions and stir into the ham mixture. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites and place in a greased 2 quart baking dish. Pour milk over top and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. 6 servings.
