APRICOT OR ORANGE JELLO 
2 sm. pkg. apricot or orange Jello
16 oz. can crushed pineapple
2 c. buttermilk
16 oz. Cool Whip

Boil pineapple in its juice. Add Jello and dissolve. Cool until thick. Blend in buttermilk and chill a little. Blend in Cool Whip. Refrigerate for a while and serve.

This is worth making... It's got a great taste.
