MARINATED CHICKEN BREAST 
6 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/3 c. olive oil
1/4 c. cider vinegar
3 cloves garlic, crushed
3 tbsp. coarse grain mustard
1 1/2 tbsp. each lemon juice and lime juice
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Place chicken breast in a large shallow dish. Combine remaining ingredients, stir well and pour over chicken. Cover and marinate chicken in the refrigerator 2 hours.

Remove chicken from marinate and discard marinate. Grill chicken over hot coals about 8 minutes on each side. Yields 6 servings.
