GINNY'S HAM BALLS 
3/4 lb. fresh ground pork
1/2 lb. ground cooked ham
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Accent

RAISIN SAUCE:

1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
2-4 tbsp. raisins

Start oven at 325 degrees. Mix together ingredients for ham balls. Shape into walnut sliced balls and place in shallow greased pan. Mix sauce ingredients together, stirring until sugar dissolves. Loosen ham balls from pan after 20 minutes. Baste with sauce. Bake an additional 45 minutes, basting every 15 minutes. Serves 6.
