SALMON LOAF 
1 tall can salmon
1 c. soft bread crumbs
3 eggs (well beaten)
3 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. melted butter
1/3 c. liquid from salmon
2 tsp. grated onion (more if desired)
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature

In a large bowl flake salmon with a fork. Add eggs. Combine bread crumbs, lemon juice, salt, butter, salmon liquid and onion. Mix well. Cut room temperature cheese into small pieces, whip into bread mixture or blenderize. Add to salmon.

Pour into well greased loaf pan (not oiled). Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Loaf should be slightly brown on top.
