EXQUISITE FROZEN EGGNOG LOAF 
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
4 eggs, separated
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 c. heavy cream, candied fruit, and sliced almonds for garnish

In large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks, and nutmeg. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into yolk mixture with whipped cream. Turn into waxed paper lined 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Freeze 6 hours or until firm. Unmold onto plate; remove waxed paper. Sprinkle top with nutmeg, and garnish as desired. Return leftovers to freezer.

Makes 8 servings.
