3/4 lb. graham crackers 2 sm. pkgs. instant pudding mix 1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip Butter a 9x13 pan. Put a single layer of crackers on the bottom. Mix the pudding as directed on package. Blend in Cool Whip folding gently but thoroughly. Put half the pudding mixture over the layer of crackers - put another single layer of crackers on the pudding - then put on rest of the pudding mixture. Add another layer of crackers and frost with: 2 tsp. light Karo syrup 3 tbsp. milk 1 tsp. vanilla 3 tbsp. melted butter 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar Mix well and spread over the top of crackers. Chill for at least 24 hours. Cut into squares. |
