CHOCOLATE ECLAIR CAKE 
2 sm. pkgs. instant vanilla pudding mix
3 c. milk
1 c. confectioners' sugar
Sm. container Cool Whip
1 lb. box graham crackers
1 can chocolate frosting

Mix pudding and 3 cups milk. Add sugar and Cool Whip. Place a layer of graham crackers (not crumbs) in a 9 x 11 inch pan - put layer of pudding mix - layer of crackers and layer of pudding - top with chocolate frosting - make day ahead - keep in refrigerator.
