ZUCCHINI BAKE 
1 lg. zucchini, shredded
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
4 lg. eggs
1 c. milk
2 c. grated longhorn cheese
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. oil
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. parsley
Dash of pepper

Beat eggs, mix all together and spread in greased 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. Cut into squares. Serves 10.
