HOT VIRGINIA DIP 
1 c. pecans, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
16 oz. cream cheese
4 tbsp. milk
4 tbsp. onion, minced
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. garlic salt
5 oz. dried beef, minced

Saute nuts in butter - reserve. Mix all ingredients. Place in 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Top with pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve hot with crackers.
