YUM YUM CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 c. self - rising flour
2 c. (15 oz. can) crushed pineapple
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil

Mix all ingredients, pour into 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees 40 minutes.

TOPPING:

1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk
1 c. coconut
1 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix in sauce pan, boil 5 minutes and spread on hot cake.
