4 c. sugar 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can evaporated milk 1 c. butter 12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow creme 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. chopped pecans Butter sides of heavy 3 quart pan. Add sugar, milk and butter. Cook over medium heat to soft ball stage, 236 degrees, stirring often. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate chips until almost melted. Stir in marshmallow creme, vanilla and pecans. Beat until all chocolate melts. Pour into 13"x9"x2" pan. Cut when firm. Cover with chopped pecans. |
