H.'S MARINATED BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 lg. bunch broccoli, cut flowerettes from lg. stems - wash well in colander; drain on paper towels
1 c. grated cheese
1 sm. onion, cut in rings

DRESSING:

4 tbsp. cider vinegar
4 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Mix broccoli, onions, and cheese. Pour dressing over mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste. Marinate overnight. Fry 5-6 pieces of bacon until crisp; crumble and mix with the salad shortly before serving. Makes 8 servings.
