POPPY SEED CHICKEN 
2 lb. chicken, cut up
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
2 tbsp. poppy seeds
1 1/2 sticks butter
2 c. Ritz crackers

Cook chicken and cut up in pieces. Add soup and sour cream. Put poppy seed in and mix around. Crush crackers up and melt butter. Put on top and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
