CHICKEN WITH POPPY SEED 
2 or 3 breasts
4 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 pkg. Ritz crackers
1/2 stick butter
poppy seeds

Place cut up chicken in greased casserole dish (9 x 13). Mix in separate bowl: sour cream and soup until well blended. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with poppy seeds. Crush Ritz crackers and sprinkle on top of mixture. Melt butter and pour over crackers. Sprinkle more poppy seeds on top.

Bake at 350°F until hot, about 30-45 minutes.
