POPPY SEED CHICKEN 
1 large or 2 small chicken breasts
1 can (10 3/4 ounce) cream of chicken soup (I use 2 cans)
1 - 8 ounce package sour cream
salt, pepper, garlic salt to taste

Cook chicken until tender. Remove from bone and chop. Add all other ingredients with chicken and place in baking dish.

Poppy Seed Topping:

1 stick butter
1 1/2 cups Ritz crackers, chopped fine
2 tablespoons poppy seeds

Melt butter in separate pan. Add crackers and poppy seeds. Place cracker mixture on top of chicken and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes, or cook 2/3 cup rice in 1 and 1/3 cups water and when done mix with chicken mixture and bake as above.

Note: I always use at least 2 cans of cream of chicken soup.
