TEXAS PECAN PIE 
3 to 4 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt

Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar gradually, continuing to beat. Fold in crumbs, pecans, vanilla and salt. Pour into 9 inch heavily greased pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool. Top with whipped cream. Chill.
