SHRIMP CREOLE | |
1/4 c. butter 1 lg. onion, chopped 1/2 c. green peppers, chopped 1/2 tsp. salt Dash of pepper 1/8 tsp. dried rosemary 1 c. canned tomatoes 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup 1 lb. (1 1/3 cups) cleaned shrimp, cooked Melt butter in saucepan on medium heat. Add onion and green peppers; saute 5 minutes. Add salt, pepper, rosemary, tomatoes and tomato soup. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Add shrimp; continue cooking on simmer an additional 5 minutes. |
