HAMBURGER PIE 
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. melted butter
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. ketchup
2 tsp. instant minced onion (or fresh onion)
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. basil (I use Italian seasoning)
1/8 tsp. pepper

Combine stuffing, water and butter; mix well. Reserve 1 cup mixture. Press stuffing mix in 10" pie pan. Brown beef. Stir in remaining ingredients and 1 cup stuffing mix. Spoon into pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
