PULL APART BEEF 
Chuck roast
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. dried onion soup mix
Water

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place roast in baking pan. Sprinkle onion soup over the roast. Spread the cream of mushroom soup over the top. Bake for 3-4 hours until beef pulls apart easily with a fork. Add water as needed during baking to keep meat moist. When beef is done gravy can be made by stirring the soups and water together until smooth. If necessary thicken with flour and water mixture.
