3 sticks butter, softened 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 3 c. sugar 6 eggs 3 c. all-purpose flour Dash of salt 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Coat a 10 inch tube pan with cooking spray (Bakers Joy). Cream butter and cream cheese. Add sugar gradually to mixture. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Stir in flour and salt. Then add vanilla. Pour batter into pan. Bake 1 1/2 hours or until done. Yield: 10 to 12 servings. |
