STROMBOLI 
1 loaf frozen bread dough
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. butter
8-10 slices pepperoni
1/4 c. tomato sauce
Parmesan cheese

1. Defrost dough from freezer and allow it to rise for 2 hours.

2. Punch dough down and roll out into an 8"x12" rectangle on a floured board.

3. Melt 1/4 cup butter in a saucepan and brush top of dough with a baster.

4. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on dough (enough for a light layer) as well as a layer of Mozzarella cheese (use 1/2 cup).

5. Then layer pepperoni, sauce and remainder of Mozzarella cheese.

6. Roll mixture carefully into a tube, pinching sides.

7. Transfer into a baking dish and brush entire roll with remaining butter.

8. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown, approximately 30 minutes.

9. Brush again with melted butter and let sit for 5 minutes before eating.
