FRUIT PIZZA 
1 (18 oz.) pkg. refrigerated slice 'n bake sugar cookies
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Assorted fruits (strawberries, kiwis, pineapple tidbits, etc.) Reserve juice from pineapple

GLAZE MIXTURE:

1 c. pineapple (or orange or combined) juice
1/2 c. sugar (less)
2 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. orange marmalade

Cut dough into 1/8 inch thick slices. Line an ungreased 14-inch pizza pan with slices, overlapping slightly. Bake 12 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool. Combine cream cheese with 1/3 cup sugar and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Spread mixture over crust. Arrange fruit over cream cheese layer.

Boil glaze mixture ingredients, stirring constantly. Cool. When cool, spread over pizza. Refrigerate, then enjoy.
