MARSHMALLOW ROLL | |
1 lb. marshmallows, quartered 1 lb. graham crackers, crumbled 1 c. chopped nuts 1 c. chopped dates 1 c. evaporated milk 1 tsp. almond extract Reserve a small portion of cracker crumbs. Mix all ingredients in large bowl until in dough-like stage. Divide into 3 equal parts. Roll each part into a rectangular roll. Roll each rectangle in reserved crumbs. Wrap in wax paper. Store in ice box until ready to eat them. Slice each roll into cookies, as thick as desired. |
