CHOCOLATE MARSHMALLOW ROLL 
4 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate
1 tbsp. butter
1 lg. egg, beaten
1 c. icing sugar
1 c. coarsely chopped nuts
24 lg. marshmallows, cut in quarters or 3 1/2 c. multi colored miniature marshmallows

Melt chocolate and butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Mix the last 4 ingredients together and pour the chocolate mixture over it. Form into 3 rolls on 3 pieces of aluminum foil, on which has been sprinkled coconut (on each sheet). Roll up each roll tightly, making sure that the ingredients are covered with the coconut. Let set in refrigerator for a few hours. Slice. Very colorful "Dainty".
