CHOCOLATE MARSHMALLOW SAUCE 
6 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. hot water
8 lg. marshmallows or 1/2 c. miniature
1 tsp. vanilla

Place all ingredients in heavy bottomed sauce pan and bring to boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and continue stirring until chocolate is completely dissolved and mixture thickens, serve hot or at room temperature. Makes about 2 cups.
