BAKED HASH BROWN POTATOES 
1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 stick butter
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 pt. sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken or cream of celery soup

Mix 1/4 stick melted butter with sour cream, onions, cheddar cheese, salt, pepper and soup together. Pour potatoes in casserole mixed with sauce and top with 1/4 stick of butter, melted into crushed corn flakes or potato chips. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
