MACARONI WITH MEAT SAUCE 
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 garlic clove
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. green pepper
2 tsp. celery salt
20 oz. can tomatoes
Few drops Tabasco
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 oz. can sliced mushrooms
8 oz. pkg. macaroni
Parmesan cheese

Cook onion, green pepper and garlic in oil to tender. Add hamburger and brown. Add next 6 ingredients. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes. Add mushrooms. Heat to boiling. Add cooked macaroni.
