MACARONI WITH SAUSAGE SAUCE 
1/4 c. olive oil
1/2 sm. onion, minced
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp. grated cheese
1 lb. macaroni
3 strips bacon, chopped
1 lb. sweet sausage
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp. parsley
1 (1 lb. 12 oz.) can whole tomatoes
1 sm. can tomato sauce

In a large pan cook olive oil, garlic, and onion until soft. Crumble sausage and chopped bacon. Cook until no longer pink. Add tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. Stir, cook for 1/2 hour. Five minutes before done, add cheese. Cook macaroni and add to sauce. Serve. Makes 4-6.
