LOGGERS BREAKFAST 
2 to 3 boiled potatoes, cubed
2 slices bread, cubed (homemade is best)
1/2 to 1 lb. thick bacon, cut in sm. pieces or 1 slice ham
1/2 chopped onion
1 doz. eggs
Salt & pepper to taste
1/3 c. milk or cream

Brown bacon or ham. Add bread cubes, potatoes and onions. Stir until lightly browned. If necessary, add 1 tablespoon butter to pan. Beat eggs lightly. Pour into pan and stir until eggs are set. Do not overcook the scrambled eggs.
