BEST CARROT CAKE 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. carrots, grated
1/2 c. nuts

Mix all ingredients and put in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Mix together.
