CHICKEN - BAKED - GOOD 
1 cut up fryer
1 c. flour
1 1/2 tbsp. salt
1 1/2 tbsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tbsp. milk

Combine all dry ingredients in a plastic bag. Shake well to mix. Shake chicken pieces in dry mixture. Brown chicken in skillet as for frying.

Place chicken in a shallow pan. Do not overlap pieces. Drizzle with milk and butter. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for about an hour or until tender. Pour extra milk over chicken if it looks dry.
