GOOD HOUSEKEEPING ORANGE BAKED
CHICKEN
 
6 whole med. chicken breasts, skinned and boned or can use cutlets
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. minced onion
3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. rosemary, crushed
Dash of pepper
1 1/2 c. orange juice
1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles

ABOUT 1 HOUR BEFORE SERVING:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread chicken breasts open; arrange in shallow baking pan, top side up, not overlapping. Sprinkle with paprika.

In small bowl, mix onion with next 4 ingredients; gradually stir orange juice into mixture; pour over chicken. Bake 35 minutes or until fork tender, basting chicken occasionally with liquid in pan.

Meanwhile, cook noodles as label directs; drain. Arrange chicken on noodles on warm platter. Stir liquid in pan until smooth; pour over chicken and noodles. Makes 6 servings.
