JAMBALAYA 
3 slices bacon
1/2 c. raw long grain rice
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
Onion salt
1 (13 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth (1 3/4 c.)
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 c. cubed cooked chicken
1 c. cubed cooked ham

Fry and drain bacon; crumble. Put rice and onion salt in grease and brown. Add broth, sauce, chicken, ham, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer about 25 minutes until rice is tender, adding water if necessary. Stir in bacon last and simmer 10 minutes. Serves 6.
