CHOCOLATE COVERED RAISIN CAKE 
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
3 c. prepared biscuit mix
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. lemon extract
1/3 c. toasted sesame seeds
3/4 c. chocolate covered raisins

In a bowl cream the butter and sugar until fluffy. Add beaten eggs. Gradually beat in the biscuit mix alternately with milk. Add lemon extract, toasted sesame seeds (which have been toasted in skillet with 1 tablespoon butter) until brown. Fold in the chocolate covered raisins.

Turn into a greased and floured pan (9 x 5 inch). Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Turn out upon wire rack and cool before slicing.
