1 c. shortening
2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. milk
3 1/2 c. flour

Cream together shortening, sugar and eggs. Add rest of ingredients and mix. Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. These can be made larger for half moons. Frost with white or chocolate frosting. Half moons half and half.
