2 eggs, separated
1 pt. sour cream
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (9 inch) pie shell, unbaked

Beat egg whites until stiff and set aside. Beat yolks and sour cream, sugar, lemon juice, flour and vanilla. Fold into whites and pour into favorite pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Cool completely in oven. Delicious with whipped topping, if desired.
