CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. melted butter
3/4 to 1 c. honey
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs
12 oz. chocolate chips, semi sweet
1 c. fine chopped nuts

Bake at 375 degrees. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in one bowl. In large bowl, mix butter, honey, brown sugar and vanilla until creamy, add eggs. Mix together flour mixture and contents in larger bowl. Gradually add chocolate chips and nuts. Bake approximately 10 minutes. Makes 4 dozen cookies.
