1 c. sugar
1 c. shortening (part butter)
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. flour
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar

Mix dry ingredients. Beat eggs and add. Roll out and bake 350 degree oven about 10 minutes.
