DANISH CREAM TOPPING 
1 pt. whip cream
2 egg yolks
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
Fresh fruit in season

Whip the cream and set aside. Beat 2 egg yolks with the sugar and vanilla until thick and yellow. Fold into the whipped cream.

Serve over individual servings of fruit salad. Serve immediately - will thin out. Does not keep well.
