TOLL HOUSE CAKE 
2 1/4 c. UNSIFTED flour
1 1/2 measuring tsp. baking soda
1 measuring tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 measuring tbsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. milk
1/2 pkg. (1 c.) Nestle semi-sweet real chocolate mini-morsels

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In small bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt; set aside. In large bowl, combine butter, brown sugar and vanilla extract; beat until creamy. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Alternately blend in flour mixture with milk. Stir in Nestle semi-sweet real chocolate mini-morsels.

Pour into 2 greased and floured 8 or 9 inch round cake pans or 1 (10 inch) tube or bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes for layers or 45 to 50 minutes for bundt or tube pan. Cool 15 minutes; remove from pans. Cool completely on wire racks. Makes 2 (8 or 9 inch) cake layers or 1 (10 inch) tube or bundt cake.

NOTE: Do not test for doneness by piercing with cake tester for cake may lose volume
