2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. Spry
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Cook flour and milk until thick. Let cool. Mix in mixer the butter, Spry and powdered sugar. Mix until creamy, then add the cooled milk and flour and vanilla. Beat until creamy.
