CREAMY SCALLOPED POTATOES | |
1 qt. thinly sliced, pared potatoes 1/4 c. chopped green pepper 1/4 c. minced onion 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 c. milk 2 tsp. salt In 2 quart casserole, alternate layers of potatoes, green peppers and onions. Mix remaining ingredients, pour on. Cover and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Uncover, bake 20 minutes more. Makes 6 servings. |
