CREAMY BAKED CHICKEN 
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt (optional)
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 chicken (boneless) cut into pieces (2 1/2 to 3 lb.)
1/4 c. butter
1 (10 1/2 oz.) cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. fresh chopped parsley

Mix together: flour, paprika, poultry seasonings, salt and pepper. Coat chicken pieces with flour mixture. Melt butter and pour into shallow baking dish. Arrange chicken in single layer. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees turning once. Combine soup and milk. Pour over chicken and sprinkle with parsley. Bake an additional 30 to 40 minutes.
