CREAMY BAKED CHICKEN 
4 chicken breast (or any chicken pieces) skinned
Swiss cheese slices
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. White wine (or water)
2 c. seasoned stuffing mix - dry (Stove Top in the can)
1/4 c. melted butter

Arrange chicken in greased baking dish. Put cheese over each piece. Mix soup and liquid. Spoon over cheese. Sprinkle stuffing mix over all, sprinkle butter over all. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for one (1) hour. For crunchier top, don't cover, or uncover last 1/2 hour.
