SWISS STEAK 
1 c. flour
1 tbsp. garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
Deer meat, tenderloin is great, but ham steaks will do

Mix. Roll deer in mixture; brown on both sides in oil in large skillet. Cut 1 large green pepper into slices. Add to deer. Add one large sliced onion. Pour 1 quart of tomatoes over all. Cover and cook 1 hour.
