SWISS STEAK 
6 to 8 pieces round steak
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 small can tomato paste
1/2 c. sugar

Cook meat overnight in crock-pot or else just quickly fry meat if not enough time. Stir last 3 ingredients together and either put in crock-pot for a few hours or in skillet, if frying. Heat and simmer for a few minutes in pan.

Meat is very tender if cooked in crock-pot.
