VENISON SWISS STEAK 
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
2 tbsp. shortening
1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes
1/2 c. onion
1/4 c. green pepper

Stir together flour, salt, pepper, garlic salt, and Lawry's seasoned salt. Dip meat into the flour mixture. Melt shortening in a large skillet. Brown meat over medium heat, about 15 minutes. Cover tightly and simmer for one hour. Add water if necessary. Mix remaining ingredients; pour over meat. Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
